Cooking Steps

Put katsuobushi in the bag again. If you use a bag again, it's very convenient because you can take out the bag without holding it separately on a sieve. Turn off the heat and boil the katsuobushi for about 10 minutes. Katsuobushi smells fishy when boiled for a long time. It tastes better not to boil but to boil it.

It's good to cook fish cake without oil, but you can boil it in boiling water a little bit, or you can boil water in an electric pot like me, support it with a sieve, and pour boiling water as it is to remove the oil.
