Japanese hot pot dish [Sukiyaki]
It is a Japanese dish where you boil thinly sliced meat and various ingredients in salty broth and dip them in fresh eggs. Instead of noodles, it's a menu that has calories in it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
While preparing the other ingredients, marinate the meat in the seasoning

Rinse it in cold water and strain it through a sieve

Cut the green onions into 4-5cm pieces and bake them in a non-greasy pan. Grilled green onion makes Sukiyaki taste better

Take out the green onion, put some oil on it, and fry the tofu tightly

Take out the tofu, add the meat, and stir-fry it until it turns red

Trim spinach and mushrooms, rinse the rice cakes once, and put all the ingredients in a hot pot

Mix the broth and tsuyu and pour it so that the ingredients are soaked

We also prepare raw eggs that can be reproduced
