Peel the potatoes, slice them roughly, and put them in a pot.
Then pour enough water to soak the potatoes and boil them until they are fully cooked.

Cut the vegetables you prepared while boiling the potatoes into small pieces.

Melt butter (or cooking oil) in a heated frying pan and add chopped vegetables and ground beef.
Then add salt, pepper, basil powder, and garlic powder and stir-fry until all ingredients are cooked.

When the ingredients are cooked, add flour and stir-fry a little more.
Flour takes care of the moisture.
Stir-fry until there is little soup.

Drain the boiled potatoes and place in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper by teaspoon, about a third of each..Mash the potatoes completely with your back.

Place the meat and vegetables in the oven bowl, press them down with a spoon or spatula, and arrange them flat.

And put the potatoes on top of it and press it one more time to clean it.

Lastly, put a lot of cheese on top.
We usually use Emmental and Cheddar cheese mix, and you can add mozzarella cheese to your taste.

Bake 15 to 20 degrees in a preheated oven.
The ingredients are already cooked, so just put them in until the cheese is golden brown.
Onions usually go in all the time, and you can add other vegetables instead of tomatoes. For example, carrots, zucchini... back.
Of course, you can just add onions ^_^
