STEP 1/10
I used gravity powder. Combine sifted gravitational flour, sugar, salt and baking powder laver in a bowl. You can break the seaweed into small pieces with your hands and put it in.
STEP 2/10
Combine eggs, grape seed oil and milk in measuring cup.
STEP 3/10
Mix the two well with a spatula and make a pair.
STEP 4/10
If you make cookie dough like in the picture, it's done.
STEP 5/10
Roll the dough to 5mm thickness and cut it to 4-5cm.
STEP 6/10
Panning in a cookie pan and bake in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
STEP 7/10
If it's cooked yellow, let it cool for a while on a cooling net. I'll make sugar syrup.
STEP 8/10
Put sugar and water in a pot and boil over low heat,
STEP 9/10
Add the seaweed cookies that I baked earlier and mix them with a wooden spatula. Mix cookies until white sugar crystals form.
STEP 10/10
Then, the yorokorom gim cookie is completed. You can see the white sugar crystals that you can't really see in the process picture, right? If you don't like sugar syrup, you can just grill it lightly with seaweed cookies. It's not sweet and it's okay. I think it'll be good to grill it with cheese, so I'm going to try it soon.
