STEP 1/10
Ingredients: 200g of bean sprouts (about tapping by hand), 1/3 green onions, 1 green pepper, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of salted shrimp, a little salt, 6 bowls of water (based on rice bowl).
STEP 2/10
Slice 1/3 green onions and 1/2 red pepper diagonally.
And one Cheongyang chili pepper will only taste and smell, so chop it finely.
STEP 3/10
Put about 6 bowls of water in a pot based on the rice bowl and boil the water
STEP 4/10
After boiling water, add bean sprouts when it's curly. Bean sprouts smell fishy, so when you boil them, open the lid and boil them from the beginning, or close the lid and boil them from the beginning. (FYI, I boiled them with the lid open.)
STEP 5/10
Add 1 spoon of salted shrimp, which is the point of refreshing and clear bean sprout soup.
STEP 6/10
If you add salted shrimp and boil it, the powder comes out
Bring to a boil and let the salted shrimp smell go away.
(2-3 minutes)
STEP 7/10
Add 1/2 spoon of garlic and chopped Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 8/10
Season to taste with salt. For your information, I put in 1/2 spoon.
STEP 9/10
Add the green onion that was sliced sideways.
STEP 10/10
Add red pepper at the end and boil it for another minute, then turn off the heat to complete the cool and clear bean sprout soup.
Bean sprouts have a plump stem and are not long or short. However, organic bean sprouts have long and thin roots.
