STEP 1/8
Slice the garlic on the side. Shred onion and green onion to taste. I like this much for one ramen.
STEP 2/8
Soak the white green onions in water to capture the Arin flavor. You can soak it for about 10 minutes. Put it in as soon as you cut it, and then put it on top until the end.
STEP 3/8
Cover a heated pan with a little bit of oil and cook the garlic. Until it smells good~ Until it's golden brown! Oh, wait! When you stir-fry it and boil it, they say it's less delicious if you use a small pot. So I did it on a wide court pan.
STEP 4/8
When the garlic is golden, add the green onions and onions and stir-fry until they are somewhat out of breath.
STEP 5/8
Then add ramen soup and red pepper powder and stir-fry it again to make it taste like fire. This is why you need to pour enough oil.
STEP 6/8
Boil about 80% water and cook with noodles. If you cook it in 80% water, it's more delicious because it's cut on the noodles! So I put 400ml first and cooked it, and then added 150ml later.
STEP 7/8
Add an egg and make it into a poached egg. You can't stir it with eggs. When the egg explodes, the taste of the soup changes completely. Please be careful not to explode.
STEP 8/8
When the whites of the eggs are cooked white, add the remaining 20% water and boil it until it's done! If you put cold water in the middle, the noodles get chewy. You can cook it to suit your taste.
