Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Whisk in the softened butter, then divide the sugar into two or three times and mix with a whisk
STEP 2/5
Divide the egg into 2 or 3 times and mix with a whisk to make it's volume
STEP 3/5
Add the sifted powders and mix as if cutting with a spatula
STEP 4/5
When you can see a little bit of raw powder, add the chestnut and milk and mix
STEP 5/5
Place 70 to 80 percent of the dough in a muffin cup and sprinkle over top with decorative chestnut braised and almond slice
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
