Ingredients
  • egg
    100g
  • Sugar
    100g
  • Soft flour
    10g
  • almond
    130g
  • Butter
    26g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Loosen the white part
It's not whipping. Just relax your woof
Frying is great because it's made in a simple way with simple ingredients :-)
STEP 2/7
Add sugar and mix
Just flick it in :-)
STEP 3/7
Add sifted powder and mix
Just mix it up this time too
STEP 4/7
Add the almonds and mix; add the melted butter and mix
Mix it with a spatula
STEP 5/7
Please put it to rest
It's best to make it a day before
I didn't have time, so I took a break for about 2 hours
STEP 6/7
Roll it out thinly, about 5 to 6cm in diameter
I'm going to put it in a case, so make a mark with flour
Remove the dough slightly and push it smaller than the mark
Even so, thickening makes it soggy :-)
STEP 7/7
Bake for 12-15 minutes in a 170/150 degree oven
It's my favorite of the three It's sweet because there's a lot of sugar It's also good to reduce the amount of sugar a little bit :-)
