Raw blueberry muffin, rice powder home baking

Cooking Steps

Gently beat butter at room temperature.

Add sugar three times and mix.

Add the sifted baking rice powder and baking powder one more time and mix.

Add the whipped cream and mix.
STEP 6/7
Dip the delicious raw blueberry fruit lightly with this baking rice powder and mix in the batter.

Place 80% of the raw blueberry batter in a parchment muffin pan, then place the raw blueberry on top. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

    Since it's rice flour, there are a lot of crumbs after eating it, but it's comfortable and delicious ^^ I think raw blueberries are the best way to do it. It's really delicious when it pops I tried it with flour, but both are good
