Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
After kneading and completing the first fermentation, take out the gas and make a circle.

After medium fermentation, push the dough into a square shape and spread the red beans evenly.
Roll it up and pinch the ends well

Cut it into three pieces, leaving a little bit of the top part.

Braid well and open the ends so that they don't come loose.
STEP 6/6
Apply milk or egg water and sprinkle soboro evenly.
Do the second fermentation for 30-40 minutes.
Bake in a preheating oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
If the top color gets too thick while baking, cover it with foil and bake
You don't have to spray Soboro It's good if you sprinkle almond slices or nuts on top

    The color came out a bit dark, but I mixed walnuts in the sediment and made it with 160 strong flour and 40 percent soft flour I thought I messed up because the dough was overflowing and it didn't seem to be fermented, but after making it all, it's soft and delicious!
