Brunch sweet persimmon toast and kiwi salad
Persimmons are in season these days. I made a simple toast with sweet persimmons that I brought from my parents. It's very sweet and crunchy. If you make a fresh kiwi salad with it, it becomes a great brunch.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash sweet persimmons clean and peel them.
STEP 2/5
Remove seeds and slice as thinly as possible.
STEP 3/5
Put sweet persimmons, sugar, salt, and cinnamon powder in a pot.
STEP 4/5
If you boil it down until the soup is gone, it's done.
STEP 5/5
Bake the bread in a pan until golden. Put on chestnut jam. If you put the braised sweet persimmon on top, it's done. You can put kiwi and vegetables on top of kiwi salad and sprinkle citron syrup. Scrambled eggs and put them on a plate.
