Pork ribs and vegetable fried rice
Not too long ago, Dongji Front gave me two packs of pork ribs. It's pork galbi vegetable fried rice that was served on the rice because there was some left after each of the kids cooked a meal. It's the best way to cook the leftover meat. Not only galbi, but also bulgogi or other meat, if you stir-fry rice and put it on top, it becomes a special menu. If you have any leftover vegetables in the refrigerator, you can put them in. It's a story where I ate a lot of delicious food

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Vegetables can be replaced with whatever you want according to your preference. Chop all the prepared vegetables into small pieces
STEP 2/4
Grease the pan and stir-fry the vegetables quickly with a pinch of salt. I stir-fried it with perilla oil and it was more sticky and delicious.
When potatoes are cooked, add rice and stir-fry oyster sauce to taste.
STEP 3/4
When it's all fried, add sesame seeds and mix them evenly.
STEP 4/4
When you stir-fry rice, grill the ribs back and forth on one heat. Cut it into bite-sized pieces that are ready to eat when it's done.Put fried rice in a bowl, add fried eggs, and place grilled meat on top. It's pork rib vegetable fried rice that was served with young leaf vegetables.
