STEP 1/15
I used chicken breast frozen in the freezer.
STEP 2/15
First, boil the chicken breast slightly for 10 minutes to cook quickly.
STEP 3/15
It's good to remove impurities from chicken and cook it safely with stew.
STEP 4/15
Prepare slightly boiled chicken by rinsing it in running water.
STEP 5/15
Put the remaining vegetables in the refrigerator by type. Add some vegetables at home. If you don't have it, you can skip it.
STEP 6/15
It's good to eat, so cut it into small pieces and prepare it.
STEP 7/15
Add 1 cup of water to the boiled chicken.
STEP 8/15
Add chopped vegetables to this.
STEP 9/15
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. I used braised soy sauce, but if you don't have it, regular soy sauce doesn't matter either. It's a baby side dish, so I put it in not salty. Adjust according to your preference.
STEP 10/15
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. I only added 1 tablespoon to make it not too sweet because it's a baby side dish. Adjust according to your preference.
STEP 11/15
Boil it like this.
STEP 12/15
When boiled, add a little oligosaccharide (starch syrup).
STEP 13/15
Reduce the heat to low and boil down the seasoning for 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 14/15
Stir frequently so that it does not stick to the pot.
STEP 15/15
When the soup is full, it's done!!
It's a baby side dish, so it's good to make it not salty and sweet.
