STEP 1/8
First of all, the ingredients for fried rice were chopped up in advance the day before. The ingredients for fried rice were potato, onion, carrot, Vienna sausage, and ripe kimchi and cut them into small pieces. If it's just fried rice, it can be a little big, but if you want to make a bacon roll, you have to cut it into small pieces to make it stick together.
STEP 2/8
Put 2 tablespoons of oil on the pan and stir-fry the potatoes first. After about 30 seconds, add carrots and ripe kimchi and stir-fry them together. When the potatoes are almost done, stir-fry the sausages and onions. It's cut into small pieces, so it cooks quickly even if you don't stir-fry it for a long time. I put a bowl of rice in here, put a little salt and pepper, season it, and stir-fry it. For your information, the bacon is salty, so it's better to make the fried rice a little less salty.
STEP 3/8
Cool the fried rice well and put it together into bite-sized pieces. If it's too hot, it's hard to hold it in your hands, but if it's too cold, it won't clump well, so let it cool until it's not hot
STEP 4/8
And roll it on one side of the bacon.
STEP 5/8
For your information, bacon tastes salty, but it can be greasy if you eat a lot. I cut the ripe kimchi into the fried rice to reduce the greasiness, but cut the rest after the bake is washed about twice. When you cook fried rice or stir-fried potatoes later, it's good to fry the cut part together and eat it as a side dish.
STEP 6/8
In the case of rolled bacon rolled fried rice, place the cut side facing down in a frying pan and cook.
STEP 7/8
You'd better cook it when you turn it all over so that it's cooked well
STEP 8/8
Ta-da. Bacon rolled fried rice, the lunch menu for my child's field trip, is complete. They made enough, cut it in half, put it in a lunch box, and gave it to the two children for breakfast. I like it because it has ripened kimchi in it, so I can feel the lightness and savory taste rather than bacon.
