Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare the semi-dried squid.
Put one in a sanitary pack and microwave it for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
After turning it, cut the squid with scissors or hands.
STEP 2/4
Put the cut squid in a pan and stir-fry it on low to medium heat in medium heat.
STEP 3/4
Instead of continuously frying it, stir-fry it slightly so that the squid can cook smoothly.
STEP 4/4
You can eat squid and mayonnaise on a plate.
(The sauce is delicious if you mix it with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and cheongyang pepper. I can't eat spicy food, so I only dipped it in mayonnaise.)
If you have a direct fire pot, it doesn't burn even if you grill it in a direct fire pot. Squid is rich in taurine, good for fatigue recovery, and good for brain activity and dementia prevention. Grill it gently, not hard, and enjoy deliciously healthy squid :)
