STEP 1/10
It would taste better if you mince it yourself, but it's too hard work, so I bought Korean beef Seoldochakyuk. Remove the blood by placing it on a kitchen towel.
You can use pork, but beef has a more Pepero-like color.
STEP 2/10
Chop an onion and a half and a green onion.
STEP 3/10
I thought there was bread crumbs in the freezer, but there isn't. There was bread, so I slurped it in a blender.
STEP 4/10
Since I took out the blender, I also changed half of the pear. It removes the smell of meat and softens the meat.
Slightly add salt pepper to the meat, mix pear, minced garlic, bread crumbs, green onions, onions, ginger and cooking wine.
STEP 5/10
H. And I added about 50g of minced bacon to 300g of beef. If you use beef alone, it can be dry, but if you mix bacon, it can add savory and softness.
STEP 6/10
I'll knead the dough well. If your hands are cold, gloves + plastic gloves! This is really good.
STEP 7/10
I took off the tteokbokki rice cakes one by one and put on a bit of pancake powder to make the meat stick well.
STEP 8/10
Putting meat on rice cake. It's easier to do it with bare hands than to wear plastic gloves.
STEP 9/10
Cook over low heat, turning well.
STEP 10/10
When the meat is cooked, put teriyaki sauce on it and grill it slightly again. It's delicious even if you use regular bulgogi seasoning.
Don't forget the bacon! :)
Cheese melts slightly and sticks well if you put it on top quickly when the meat is hot.
