Making baked sweet potatoes in a direct fire pot
We're finally back! The season of sweet potatoes has come^^ If you go to the market these days, you can see a variety of sweet potatoes. I wanted to eat a lot of sweet potatoes this winter, so I bought a lot of them. I used to cook it in the oven or boil it I made sweet potatoes using a direct fire pot that my mom gave me last year. It takes a long time, but the taste is good!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and prepare them.
There are 3 large photo cards and 4 small ones, but I took out 1 small one because it didn't fit in the pot

Put sweet potatoes in a direct fire pot and start cooking them over medium heat.
Now, close the lid^^

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes before turning.

After about 20 minutes, flip it over again.
At this time, it's better to make sure that the place that didn't touch the fire, not the first cotton, can be reached.

Turn it upside down for about 15 minutes. I poked my chopsticks to see if it was cooked
Ugh. The sweet potato is big..It wasn't cooked crying

But the small ones are cooked, so take them out.
(Rather than having a fixed time, it's better to take it out when the yellow juice is coming out or when it's soft!)
