Cheese dakgalbi Jongwon Baek dakgalbi recipe, dakgalbi sauce
It's a cheese dakgalbi that I made over the weekend, and I made it with Baekjongwae dakgalbi sauce^^

Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 green onion, 10 perilla leaves, 2 bowls of cabbage, 5 pieces of chicken breast
Seasoning: red pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, garlic
Prepare in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.
Pepper powder, sesame oil, cooking oil
STEP 2/14
Prepare 1 onion, 1 green onion, and 10 perilla leaves in bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/14
Prepare 5 chunks of chicken breast.
Even if it's not chicken breast, it doesn't matter if it's chicken tenderloin
STEP 4/14
Put milk + pepper 3 times + 1 spoon of garlic in chicken breast and soak it for about 20 minutes to remove the smell.
STEP 5/14
The Jongwon Baek told me to put the spicy stir-fried chicken sauce in the ratio of red pepper paste 1: soy sauce 1: sugar 1: cooking wine 1: garlic 1 and adjust the concentration with red pepper powder.
I don't like the strong smell of garlic,
1 spoon of garlic, 3 spoons of soy sauce + 3 spoons of cooking wine + 3 spoons of red pepper paste + 2 spoons of sugar + red pepper powder (depending on concentration)
That's why I put that in.
STEP 6/14
Mix the Jongwon Baek dakgalbi sauce evenly, and then add pepper powder three times to make the sauce.
STEP 7/14
After 20 minutes, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces,
Don't rinse it in water, but cook it with milk on it
STEP 8/14
Add the sauce to the chicken breast and mix well until the sauce is cut for 10 to 30 minutes.
Add it until the sauce is dry. You need to add vegetables later, so the sauce should be a little too much^^

Add onion + green onion + cabbage to seasoned dakgalbi.
STEP 10/14
Mix vegetables, chicken breast, and seasoning evenly.
STEP 11/14
Put a little bit of oil in the frying pan,

Add the seasoned dakgalbi and stir-fry it well.

It's delicious even if you eat it like this, but I'll make cheese dakgalbi
Place dakgalbi in a bowl, place perilla leaves evenly on top, and place pizza cheese on top
And it's good to sprinkle parsley powder on top of pizza cheese

Put it in the oven and heat it for about 10 minutes.
If you don't have an oven, you can just fry it in a frying pan if you don't have a microwave or a microwave, put pizza cheese on it, and cover it.
