Making healthy mushroom perilla seed soup

  • Mushrooms
  • leek
  • Cheongyang red pepper
  • perilla powder
  • perilla oil
  • Korean style soy sauce
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak dried shiitake in water for more than an hour in advance and boil anchovy kelp stock.
STEP 2/5
Cut mushrooms and vegetables into appropriate sizes.
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry mushrooms in perilla oil first.
STEP 4/5
Boil the broth with plenty of perilla powder and cheongyang red pepper until the mushrooms are slightly submerged.
STEP 5/5
When it boils up, add green onions, 2 spoons of soy sauce, and half a spoonful of salt, then taste it and add salt if it is bland. It's about three to four servings. I don't eat the soup because of the salt, but I made it a little bland because I wanted to eat the soup.
