Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I cut the mushrooms and onions and cut the carrots for color. I need to add green onions, but there's only white part of green onions, so I added chives.
STEP 2/6
The fish cake is cut to a size similar to the size of a mushroom.
STEP 3/6
I added Yeongdeok crab soy sauce for the sauce. It's used a lot for seasoned, braised, and dipping sauce. I added 4 spoons of Yeongdeok crab soy sauce, garlic, oligosaccharide, cooking oil, and pepper.
STEP 4/6
First, put in the fish cake and mix it.
STEP 5/6
Add mushrooms, onions, and carrots and stir-fry well.
STEP 6/6
Add chives to make it greener later. Add sesame seeds at the end.
