  • Ginger
    1piece
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • kelp broth
    200g
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    200g
  • Starch syrup
    3T
  • potato starch
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I got this as a gift.
STEP 2/7
It's not fishy because it's a trimming eel, but if you do it at home, you can put rice wine, minced garlic, minced ginger, and onions and marinate it for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 3/7
I'm going to grill it on a frying pan.
STEP 4/7
In the meantime, I'm going to make teriyaki sauce,
You can buy it on the market, or boil it with soy sauce, kelp water, starch syrup, ginger half, and garlic. (You can boil it with the sauce on top.). Turn it to low heat, and add some starch.)
STEP 5/7
It's good to prepare vegetables to eat with eel in advance.
STEP 6/7
When teriyaki sauce is made, spread the sauce on the grilled eel in a frying pan and go straight to the oven.At 250 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes ^^* (It may vary depending on the head of the eel). If you're going to put it in the oven, please take a look.)
STEP 7/7
It's done!! :)
