Apple curry and rice
Curry rice is good for a meal without any side dishes. Turmeric ingredients, the main ingredient of curry, are said to have various health-promoting effects by acting as anticancer and antioxidant. Have a nice meal with your kids with a slightly different and fun curry rice.^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/6
Cut chicken and vegetables into 1cm squares. Blanch the cut broccoli slightly with salt in boiling water. Grind apples using a grater.
STEP 3/6
Grease a heated skillet and stir-fry chicken and onions for about 3 minutes.
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry potatoes and carrots in a pot for about 5 minutes, then add 3+1/2 cups of water, cover and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/6
When potatoes and carrots are cooked, add curry powder and stir well over low heat. Add ground apples and broccoli and simmer for another minute.
STEP 6/6
Put curry in a bowl and place the duck-shaped rice on top, and it's done!
