Ingredients
  • Butter
    120g
  • egg
    1ea
  • Sugar powder
    50g
  • Soft flour
    180g
  • cocoa powder
    15g
  • Sprinkle
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Place at room temperature, slightly loosen the softened butter, add the sugar powder and mix thoroughly. I forgot to take the picture, but if the sugar powder mixes well and the butter comes up white, add the eggs and mix quickly so that they don't separate.
STEP 2/9
Sift together the flour + cocoa powder and mix with a spatula. If the dough doesn't clump after mixing for a long time, add milk little by little.
STEP 3/9
When dough is lumped together, place in plastic and rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 4/9
Roll the dough with a rolling pin to 3-4mm thick.
STEP 5/9
Use a smiley cookie cutter to make a round shape and pan it neatly in a cookie pan.
STEP 6/9
Dab your eyes and mouth, and poke it into the dough with a heart sprinkler as shown in the picture.
STEP 7/9
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
STEP 8/9
Hearts that didn't burn and came out nicely. Smile cookies.
STEP 9/9
Even if they fall down, they just smile. I have hearts on my cheeks. It's a crispy and soft cookie. It tastes just like chocolate cookies. This cookie is a cookie that competes with shape rather than taste.

I put in a large egg (50g), and the dough is too dry to clump together. So when I added 15g more cocoa powder, it clumped up to the point where it got on my hand. It doesn't taste sweet at all, but when I added more cocoa powder, it's full of bittersweet dark chocolate flavor. I liked it because it wasn't hard at all I don't have an oven at my house, so I turned it around at 160 degrees for 10 minutes and it's cooked well so that it doesn't burn properly I made it out of a Daiso cookie mold, and it's about 50 pieces

It was a bit bland with sugar powder. I think it's okay to put in sugar. It's moist and delicious!
