Chef Baek's pot tofu stew
What should I eat today? I think it's more than once I think about it. But I can't just cook Western food, Chinese food, and special food every day, and the simple recipes and side dishes that I make every day seem to be delicious without getting sick of them. Try buying 1+1 tofu when you run out of cold food for dinner tonight. Spicy seasoning and soft tofu make the rice easy to swallow.

Add salted shrimp, red pepper powder 1 and 2, soy sauce 2, ground garlic 1/2 and a little ginger.
STEP 3/5
I cut up the green onions and put in about 3 cheongyang peppers.

Now, when it boils, let it boil down over medium heat. If it's this much, it's done.

Add perilla oil to finish. Sesame oil is good, too. I can smell the savory.
