Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
They make bulgogi seasoning first.
Ingredients for seasoning are pears, cheongyang peppers, and onions, and then grind them together.
STEP 2/16
You can add the ground beef with bulgogi persimmon and mix it well.
STEP 3/16
The color is pretty with chili pepper. lol
Add minced garlic
STEP 4/16
You can season it with soy sauce, tuna extract, or anchovy sauce.
And I added ginger powder.
STEP 5/16
If you marinate it in the sauce and let it ripen in the refrigerator for about an hour, you can eat light meaty Seoul-style bulgogi
STEP 6/16
In the middle, I shredded the onion and put it in the aging bulgogi. I'm also going to give you the sweetness of the onion.
STEP 7/16
Seoul-style bulgogi is like a hot pot with soup.
So they prepared other ingredients for me.
I prepared shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, and vegetables left at home
STEP 8/16
Seoul-style bulgogi needs broth, so I added the tail of shiitake mushrooms and natural seasonings, poured water, and made broth
STEP 9/16
And I wanted to add a little bit of seasoning, so I added mushroom pickle soy sauce. Or you can add tzuyu.
Please put it in using the non-salty soy sauce.
STEP 10/16
I've prepared the broth, so please strain it through a sieve and remove the broth
STEP 11/16
Seoul-style bulgogi has various mushrooms and green onions in it, so you can enjoy it abundantly, and later eat it with glass noodles in the broth.
So they prepared green onion salad, chives, enoki mushrooms, and soaked glass noodles.
STEP 12/16
You can also take out the bulgogi that was marinated in the refrigerator, put it in the pan, add the broth, and eat it right away.
I'm ready!!!!!!!!
STEP 13/16
Put the bulgogi in the heated pan first. Put the mushrooms on top
STEP 14/16
They also put enoki mushrooms on it and it's plentiful~ If you want more meat here, you can put the meat back on the pan and grill it.
STEP 15/16
Lastly, add a lot of scallions that go well with bulgogi
Put the chives on top and now you just have to grill them.
STEP 16/16
Bake while pouring the broth into the pan side in between. It's like hot pot
You can add glass noodles and eat it together, pour the remaining broth, beat an egg, add kimchi, add a drop of sesame oil at the end, and stir-fry rice to make a great finish.
