STEP 1/6
Place in a bowl at room temperature, gently dissolve the soft butter and add the sifted sugar powder and mix well.
STEP 2/6
Add sour cream to this and mix it quickly. Add vanilla extract and mix well. I used it because I have sour cream. If you don't have it, you can use about 20 grams of whipped cream or milk.
STEP 3/6
Add sifted flour and almond powder and mix well. Let's put it together and let it rest for about an hour
STEP 4/6
Use the powder to push it to 4-5mm thick and cut it into 1.5cm wide and 11cm long.
STEP 5/6
After panning, bake in a preheated oven at 160-170 degrees until the bottom is golden for 10-13 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Melt dark coated chocolate in piping bag and top with completely cooled cookies. When the chocolate is all hardened, use a white chocolate pen to draw a facial expression. When filling the chocolate, draw the border first and then fill it in to make it cleaner and easier.
You can use fresh cream or 20 grams of milk instead of sour cream.
