STEP 1/6
Wash the chicken in cold water and marinate it in milk for a while. You can replace it with Cheongju. If you sprinkle curry, not only does it remove the smell, but it also adds flavor as it is seasoned.
STEP 2/6
Add the prepared ingredients and make the sauce. Red pepper paste 2, red pepper powder 1, soy sauce 3, sugar 1, grain syrup 1, crushed garlic 1, cooking wine 1. I used it because my mother made it for me, but it's okay to use sugar instead.
STEP 3/6
Blanch the chicken in boiling water for a while and pour the water out.
STEP 4/6
Add a glass of water, seasoning, and onions.
STEP 5/6
Cover the top with ripe kimchi and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/6
When it boils over high heat, lower it to medium heat and steam it thickly. If you cook it for about 40 minutes, the kimchi becomes soft and delicious.
If the kimchi is too cooked, add a little more sugar to make it taste sour. :)
