STEP 1/7
Place webfoot octopus in a bowl and rinse in clean water. You can wash it gently with the thought of removing only soil or large foreign substances on the surface!
STEP 2/7
If you raise your legs upside down, you can see a hole in the lower part of your head. Put your hand in there and flip it over.
STEP 3/7
It's not easy to flip it over, so it's convenient to flip it by cutting the part with the head and the intestines little by little with scissors.
After turning it over, remove the intestines by hand or cut with scissors.
STEP 4/7
I have to remove my baby octopus teeth now. If you turn the webfoot octopus upside down, you can see a black dot in the middle of the leg. If you press that part, a black dot pops out. Cut it with scissors. That's it!
Please cut the eyes of webfoot octopus at this stage. It's scary if you make eye contact with webfoot octopus, so please remove it right away!!!
STEP 5/7
Lastly, it's time to wash the sucker!
Add thick salt and wash until all the mucus is gone.
If you wash the sucker part like scratching the porridge with your fingernails, it will be washed clean.
STEP 6/7
But for those of you who don't feel good, I'll take a shower with flour!
If you don't have flour, it doesn't matter whether it's pancake or frying powder.
Add the powder and cast it, and you're done with preparing the webfoot octopus!
STEP 7/7
