Japanese style rice balls
Today, I will teach you how to make two simple and delicious Japanese rice balls. One is sour and sweet with Japanese plum jangajji called umeboshi, and the other is a rice ball with a fragrant scent of chwinamul and a good chew of pickled radish. It's good for a meal or a lunch box when you go out.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Blanch the chwinamul with salt in boiling water and rinse it in cold water.
STEP 2/5
Remove blood from minced beef, season and fry in a heated pan.
STEP 3/5
Drain the pickled radish and chwinamul and chop them finely. Remove the seeds from the umeboshi and chop them into small pieces.
STEP 4/5
Put the cooked rice in a bowl and season it. Divide the rice into two chunks and put it in a bowl. Add pickled radish and chwinamul and a little bit of sesame oil to mix the rice. Add umeboshi to the rest of the rice and mix.
STEP 5/5
Divide about 100g of rice, add the stir-fried minced beef, and make it into a triangle shape!
