STEP 1/5
First, prepare 3 cups of strong flour. Keep the water at about 40 degrees Celsius, add yeast and sugar together and mix for about 20 minutes. Add all the compatible water, salt, oil, and milk and knead enough. (About 5 minutes) At this time, adjust the milk according to the concentration of the dough. After the dough is done, mold the dough into a round shape, wrap it in a cloth soaked in vinyl or water, and let it ripen at a temperature of about 40 degrees for 2 hours. Divide the aged dough in two and push it into a round circle with a rolling pin to form a shape.
STEP 4/5
For sauce, mix tomato sauce, meat sauce, and parmesan cheese. Since sauce is a little complicated to make at home and requires a lot of ingredients, it would be much more convenient to use the sauce sold on the market than to make it yourself. Place pizza dough in a pie mold and fill it with pizza cheese about four-fifths.
STEP 5/5
Then put the prepared sauce on top of the cheese and chop the basil on top. Cut the dough that sticks out of the mold with a knife and finish it. Finally, bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees, bake for another 5 minutes at 200 degrees, color the dough enough, and take it out.
You don't have to take the pizza out of the mold when you cut it. In Chicago, employees cut it into a spatula and serve it on a plate.
