STEP 1/7
Dissolve half a cup of butter in a pan, dissolve half a cup of flour, and add 5 cups of milk. Season with a pinch of salt. (If there is a lump in the middle, you can add a little more milk to dissolve it.)
STEP 2/7
Add 1t of salt and 1t of olive oil to water and boil spaghetti noodles for 10 minutes. One serving is about the size of a 500 won coin. Take out the boiled noodles and use them right away, and leave the noodles alone!
STEP 3/7
Pour olive oil into a pan large enough to stir-fry spaghetti together and stir-fry minced garlic and bacon first.
STEP 4/7
Put the boiled spaghetti noodles in the pan, add a ladle of noodles, and stir-fry one more time.
STEP 5/7
Place spaghetti in bowl and pour cream sauce.
STEP 6/7
Sprinkle pepper and Parmesan cheese powder according to your preference and decorate it with fake herb(?) green onions~^^
STEP 7/7
You can use the remaining cream sauce as soup with just pepper or as a sauce.
1. The cooking time varies depending on the thickness or preference of spaghetti noodles. (Refer to the outside of the product.)
2. If you stir the cream sauce for too long, the viscosity becomes too strong and the soup disappears.
3. I keep the remaining cream sauce in the refrigerator and use it as a different sauce.
