Tofu doughnuts
Today, I'm going to teach you how to make tofu doughnuts that are simple to make using light and savory tofu. If you add soft tofu and make a doughnut, you can make a soft and savory tofu doughnut.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Place drained soft tofu, sugar and salt in a large bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.
STEP 2/5
Mix flour and baking powder, sift and mix in bowl 1.
STEP 3/5
Sprinkle a little flour on the cutting board, roll the dough to a thickness of about 1cm, and then use a round mold, bowl, or lid to make it round.
STEP 4/5
Heat the oil lightly to 150-160 degrees, then add the doughnuts and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 5/5
Take out the doughnuts and coat them with sugar ingredients evenly when the doughnuts cool down. (When you eat the doughnuts after a while, it's good to sprinkle the bean powder again.)
You must use baking powder. You can't use baking soda.
