whelk jjolmyeon (spicy sea snail)
Today, I'm going to introduce you to chewy jjolmyeon and whelk jjolmyeon made with sweet and sour sauce. If you chop and add a lot of fresh pepper instead of pepper powder in the sauce, you can make a clean and spicy sea snail jjolmyeon.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add a little salt to the cold water and boil the eggs for 15 minutes and divide into quarters. Drain the whelk on a sieve and cut it into quarters. Slice perilla leaves, onions, and red cabbage. Cut cucumber into 4 pieces in length, remove seeds, and slice diagonally.

Add the jjolmyeon to the boiling water and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring well. Rinse the boiled jjolmyeon several times in cold water to remove starch and strain it through a sieve.

Mince the chilli peppers thickly and mix them in the sauce.
STEP 5/5
Add the jjolmyeon, chopped vegetables, and whelk and mix well with the sauce. Place sprouts and boiled eggs on top of jjolmyeon.
