STEP 1/15
Ingredients: 400g tteokbokki rice cake, 15 vienna sausages, 100g bacon, 350g cream pasta sauce for sale
3 cheongyang peppers, 3 mushrooms, 1/2 onions, 1/2 broccoli, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt
STEP 2/15
You can make carbonara sauce yourself, but it's too much trouble, so I'll just use the commercial one^^
It's cheaper to buy that sauce than buying whipped cream or milk
STEP 3/15
First, blanch tteokbokki rice cake for 1-2 minutes and rinse it in cold water
And the Vienna sausage is prepared by making cuts.
STEP 4/15
Prepare 1/2 of the broccoli instead of one, cut off the column, and cut it into bite-size pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add 1 tsp salt, blanch slightly, and rinse in cold water
You need to add salt to make the broccoli color look pretty^^
STEP 5/15
Remove the base of the mushroom and cut it into pieces.
STEP 6/15
Cut onions, cheongyang peppers, and bacon into bite-sized pieces. You can chop cheongyang peppers into small pieces as long as they are spicy
STEP 7/15
All the ingredients for Carbonara Tteokbokki are ready.
Blanch the rice cakes and broccoli slightly, and cut the onions, peppers, bacon, and mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
STEP 8/15
Put 1 spoon of garlic in a frying pan and smell the garlic.
You can cut the whole garlic and put it in here, but strangely, you don't eat garlic separately
So I used minced garlic to give off the garlic scent^^
STEP 9/15
When the pan is heated, stir-fry Vienna sausage, onion, and bacon.
STEP 10/15
When the cut of the sausage starts to open
STEP 11/15
Add the commercial cream sauce and mix well with the ingredients.
STEP 12/15
Add Cheongyang red pepper, mushroom, and rice cake and boil them until the rice cake is cooked.
STEP 13/15
When the rice cake is cooked, add pepper 2-3 times
STEP 14/15
Add the blanched broccoli.
STEP 15/15
If you mix the broccoli well with cream sauce, carbonara tteokbokki is done!!
