Stir-fried root vegetables

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice lotus root into round shapes and shred burdock into thin slices. Chop the carrot and red pepper.
STEP 2/4
Soak lotus roots and burdock in cold water and remove moisture in kitchen towels.
STEP 3/4
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry lotus root and burdock. When lotus root and burdock are half cooked, add carrot and red pepper and stir-fry with seasoning. Sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds on top of stir-fried vegetables.
STEP 4/4
Place prepared sprouts on a plate and top with stir-fried root vegetables.
