Cooking Steps

Soak brown rice for half a day after washing, and rice for 30 minutes after washing. Cut boiled thistle into bite-size pieces.

Season with seasoned vegetables.

Put the soaked rice in a pot, pour the rice water, and put the seasoned gondre sprouts on top and cook the rice. (Gondrenamul has moisture, so please set the amount less than the usual amount of rice.)

Chop the chives and make the sauce for the bibim soy sauce.

Mix well-cooked rice with the seasoning. (If you like, you can cut wild chives in the soy sauce and add them.).^^)
- Soak dried gondre sprouts for about half a day and boil them for more than 30 minutes. - If you mix rice and brown rice in equal amounts, you can make more savory and light gondre namul rice.
