Making kalguksu
I made kalguksu today. I ground carrots and pulled out carrot noodles to make kalguksu, and the color was pretty and the chewy noodles were delicious!

You can season it with salt and pepper. If you like spicy food, you can add hot pepper. If you sprinkle seaweed flakes, it becomes delicious kalguksu.
