Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash bok choy clean and cut off the head and wipe the mushrooms with a wet towel. Slice the top of the shiitake mushrooms with a knife and cut the bottom of the million mushrooms and enoki mushrooms. Remove the blood from the meat with a kitchen towel, wash the cabbages and perilla leaves clean, and remove the water. Boil all the stock ingredients in a pot for 10 minutes, take out the kelp, boil it for another 10 minutes to make the stock, and season it with a little soy sauce.
STEP 2/5
Cabbage, perilla leaves, meat, and cabbage
STEP 3/5
Cut it to the height of the hot pot.
STEP 4/5
Place bok choy in a hot pot and place the cut cabbage and meat in layers.
STEP 5/5
Finally, add the mushrooms, add the stock to about two-thirds of the pot, and simmer until the cabbage and meat are cooked. Dip meat and vegetables in the ponzu sauce (you can eat it with commercial sweet chili sauce if you like). Boil the remaining soup with noodles or make porridge.

I didn't have plum juice for the ponzu sauce, so I put plum juice in it and it was really delicious You can choose mushrooms as you like, so I added them a little differently, but the broth was really good I ate all the food and put udon noodles in it and ate it neatly. lol

My husband has become very weak, so I prepared to cheer him up. I didn't expect it because it was my first hot pot dish since I got married, but they say it's more delicious than I thought. It's a 30-minute course, but it took 2 hours because I don't know how to cook Haha Maybe because I boiled the broth too much, the amount was small, so I added more tzuyu and water and boiled it later. It's hard to put mushrooms in the middle. I should have laid bokchoy in advance It was my first time doing it, so I made a lot of mistakes in the preparation process, but the result was successful thanks to my wife's table recipe!! I made porridge well later on~ It was a proud meal Thank you :)
