Add enough cooking oil and fry the pork cutlet back and forth until golden brown

The reason why we use two pork cutlet is because the pork cutlet is thin, and it is also to prevent direct contact with vegetables that have eaten moisture in the bread

On one side of the pork cutlet, shredded cabbage and dried cabbage
On the other side, put mozzarella cheese melted for 2-3 minutes with microwave defrosting course

Sprinkle sesame dressing and pork cutlet sauce on top of mozzarella cheese
Sesame dressing is a mixture of mayonnaise and honey. If you don't have it
I don't care if you just sprinkle mayonnaise on it

Carefully combine the bread

It was for lunch, so I wrapped it tightly in parchment paper

Cut into desired shapes (triangle or square)
If you put butter (or cream cheese) on the bread and make a sandwich
The bread doesn't get soggy easily
