Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Prepare chicken and vegetables. The ingredients specified in the ingredients are the secret ingredients of the golden recipe. If you don't have it, you can replace it with other vegetables like me. It's anhydrous dish, so it prepares vegetables for moisture.

First, you have to blanch the chicken slightly in boiling water brewed with green tea bags. If you blanch it slightly in green tea water, you can catch the smell of chicken.

Lastly, put the chicken on top of the vegetables. Put a lot of cuts in the chicken in advance and put it on top. Here's a tip!! It's better to put it on top so that kimchi and chicken don't meet.

Lastly, put the sauce on the top.

I'm not a pressure cooker, so I covered the lid tightly and covered the rest of the holes with chopsticks. Boil it for about 25 minutes.
