STEP 2/3
Put 1 can of salmon, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of miso in a pot, and turn on the gas stove. Gently mix the ingredients so that the pot doesn't burn. Stir until butter and miso are melted. (It took about 2 minutes to make sure that the soybean paste doesn't get lumped.) If you stir or mix it hard, the salmon will break, so it's not good to look at, so gentlyIf the butter and miso are all melted, please turn off the gas stove.
* You can make it with low-salt doenjang instead of miso doenjang. If you don't have miso, don't buy it separately, and you can make it with the soybean paste at home. However, in that case, add it while controlling the salty taste, not 1 tablespoon.^^
* It doesn't cook for long. Turn off the gas when the butter and soybean paste melt!
