In the microwave! Super simple bean sprout rice!
When you want to eat bean sprout rice, how about making it with simple vinegar? When I overslept in the morning, one of the menus that often comes up on my table, this microwave bean sprout rice, is always welcome.

  • white rice
    2bowl
  • Bean sprouts
    200g
  • salad vegetables
    little
  • Soy sauce
    2TS
  • fine red pepper powder
    1TS
  • a real wave
    1TS
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1/2ea
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put two bowls of cold rice in a bowl,

Place 100g of washed and drained bean sprouts in each bowl. Then, cover it with plastic wrap and make a hole and microwave it for about 7 to 8 minutes. For me, 7 minutes and 10 seconds!

It's right out of the microwave.
STEP 4/5
If you remove the wrap, you get this crunchy bean sprout rice. It's very simple, right?
STEP 5/5
Just make the sauce with the amount of ingredients and put it on top with the sprout vegetables, and that's it!!!
---> The time depends on each household's microwave. My microwave is 700w.
