Braised chicken soy sauce: Steamed chicken, different from grill

Cooking Steps

Bring to a boil with a glass of water, onions, and seasonings. The seasoning contains 6T soy sauce, 3T garlic, 2T cooking wine, 1T sugar, 1T starch syrup, and pepper. I'm going to add another spoon of starch syrup at the end.
