  • Tzuyu
    2ts
  • dried bonito
  • Ginger

Cooking Steps

Grind ginger on a grater

Put ground ginger and green onion on the tofu, sprinkle katsuobushi, and then add tzuyu
STEP 3/3
It's done!
Remove the soft tofu in advance and strain it through a sieve for about 10 minutes. The excess water drains off and the texture becomes more firm. If you put ginger and green onion on top, the scent and taste blend gently.
