STEP 1/12
Prepare the radishes with a thin screwdriver.

Boil anchovies, kelp, and radish back in 800ml water.

Please make the sauce while the soup is boiling.
Add 1T of red pepper paste, 3T of red pepper powder, 1T of plum, 1/2T of soy sauce, and 1T of crushed garlic.

Rinse pollack roe, gon, and sea squirt 2 to 3 times in water.

When the water starts to boil, stir in the kelp first.
And after 10 minutes, take out the anchovies again. Remove the anchovies, then add the pre-made sauce and start boiling.

Put the pollack roe, goni, and sea squirt that have been washed cleanly in the unseasoned water and start boiling.
Boil it over high heat!

In the meantime, wash the bean sprouts clean.
When the fish roe soup starts to boil, add cleanly washed bean sprouts and cook slightly.

While the soup is boiling, cut the zucchini into half-moon slices, and chop the cheongyang pepper and red pepper.

When the soup boils, add the prepared zucchini, cheongyang pepper, and red pepper and start boiling.

When it boils
Put it in an earthen pot and start boiling it again.

On top of the fish roe soup, add a little enoki mushroom!

And now, it's done when it boils!
Boil the enoki mushroom a little more until it's cooked and turn off the heat!
Add bean sprouts and leave the lid open when boiling
