Made with chili crab sauce, Singapore chili crab
The food I wanted to eat even before I went to Singapore was chili crab! So I made a reservation, visited, and ate it, and it was so delicious! (I can't believe it) But the price was not good, so I was thinking about what to do, and I found out that they were selling chili crab sauce, so I bought a chili crab sauce. I can't do it with a big king crab, but since autumn blue crabs are in season, I bought blue crabs while I was at the market and made Korean-style, not Lara-style chili crab!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash blue crabs clean and prepare them in a good size to eat.
(If I bought it at the fish market, it would have been more fresh, but I bought it at the mart, so what is it?)

Grease a large pan and add 2T of minced garlic.
STEP 3/10
Add 2T of minced garlic and shredded onion and stir-fry. So that the smell of garlic and onions comes up!
STEP 4/10
When the minced garlic and onion are stir-fried to some extent, add the crab!
Now stir-fry onions, garlic, and blue crabs while mixing them well.
(I'm having a hard time, so I need help from a husband or a man!)

Add 1 bag of chili crab sauce (the crab shell changes color) if you see the crab ripening.
STEP 6/10
Add the sauce and add water to cover the crab (about 2/3 of the blue crab).
I think it's about 800 to 900ml! And then it starts boiling.
STEP 7/10
While the blue crab is boiling, put the starch powder in water and beat 2 eggs well.
STEP 8/10
When the crab starts to boil, add the starch powder in the water.
STEP 9/10
Add the spicy powder in it, too!
(If you don't like spicy food, you can skip it, but it wasn't that spicy!)
STEP 10/10
Add 2 pre-mixed eggs and mix well! Boil it for 5-7 minutes and it's done! Starch flour and eggs make it a thick soup!
You have to eat it with shrimp fried rice It's hard to touch blue crabs, so be careful
