I bought a trimmed mackerel
*Rinse the mackerel slightly under running water and marinate it with 4 skewers of salt and 2 glasses of soju
*Cut green onions and cheongyang peppers sideways
*Cut radish into 4 pieces at intervals of 1 to 1.5 cm
