Olive show, "Fruit Ramen Salad" recipe!
While I was getting tired of the basic vegetable salad I ate every day, I came across a refreshing and different fruit ramen salad recipe! I heard you got an idea from Thai salad 'Somtam', and spicy and refreshing is enough to stimulate your appetite :) (airing on October 13th) If you can't eat spicy food well, you can adjust the amount of Cheongyang red pepper or chili sauce appropriately. The cooler the noodles and ingredients are, the more delicious it is, so please wash the noodles with cold water or ice water. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Please prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/15
First, prepare water to boil the noodles.
STEP 3/15
While the water is boiling, prepare the salad ingredients. (There are mini cabbages, so I cut them into quarters, and stir-fried them slightly with a pinch of salt in olive oil.)
STEP 4/15
Cut green grapes, paprika (or cherry tomatoes) into small pieces.
STEP 5/15
Cut the avocado in half (there is a large seed in the middle), scoop it with a spoon and chop it into small pieces.
STEP 6/15
Add all the stir-fried mini cabbages and ingredients, add 1/2t of olive oil, and mix well.
STEP 7/15
It's time to make salad sauce. Prepare anchovy sauce (or fish sauce), olive oil, and lemon juice in a small bowl at a ratio of 1:2:3.
STEP 8/15
When the water boils, divide the ramen into 4-5 equal parts and boil it for 4 to 5 minutes.
STEP 9/15
Drain water in a sieve, and immediately add cold water and ice to keep the noodles firm.
STEP 10/15
Chop the green onions or chives into small pieces and put 1T of olive oil to prevent noodles from getting soggy.
STEP 11/15
The apple, which is an easily browned fruit, is shredded last.
STEP 12/15
Put ramen in a salad bowl. Sprinkle the prepared salad sauce over the noodles. (Don't put too much.)~)
STEP 13/15
Add Cheongyang red pepper or spicy chili sauce. (Chef Jin Kyung-soo chopped up Cheongyang red pepper)
STEP 14/15
On top of that, place the prepared salad ingredients.
STEP 15/15
Lastly, if you put the sliced apple on top, 'Fruit Ramen Salad' is complete!
You can replace it with one paprika (small) instead of cherry tomatoes.
