Cut the spam horizontally and into long pieces.

Put water in a pot and when it starts to boil, blanch the chopped spam for 2-3 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain through a sieve.

Beat in 3 eggs, put a little oil on the frying pan, and bake it thickly while forming a square shape.
If there's a square frying pan here, I'd be comfortable^^
If you want to make the eggs thicker, it doesn't matter if you take 4-5 eggs.

Prepare teriyaki sauce and make the sauce.
Prepare 3 spoons of teriyaki sauce + 2 spoons of water and mix well.
I made it here using teriyaki sauce, but if you don't like this process
Remove from blanching and bake in a frying pan without oil.

Place the blanched spam in a frying pan and bake until golden brown.

And put the teriyaki sauce sauce that you made beforehand and bake it back and forth so that the seasoning is evenly cut.

Perilla leaves contain 2 pieces per spam mousse, so prepare 8 pieces and cut them according to the size of the egg.

Prepare 4 bowls of rice based on the rice bowl, add 1 spoon of sesame oil + 1 spoon of sesame seeds, and mix well
