Japanese-style Korean beef shabu-shabu salad with goma sauce
It is a soft Japanese salad with savory sesame sauce.

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

Cooking Steps

First, grind the sesame seeds and prepare it.

When finely ground, put vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and finely ground sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

Pour in the salad oil little by little and stir. If you mix it completely, it's done.

Put 2 cups of water in a pot, add 50g of refined rice wine, and tear each piece of shabu-shabu meat into bite-sized pieces.

When the mixture of rice wine and water boils, add the shabu-shabu meat one by one and take it out as soon as the color goes down.

Rip the lettuce into bite-sized pieces by hand, slice the onion thinly, slice the carrot thinly, put all the slices in cold water, and mix them with radish sprouts later.
STEP 7/7
Put the washed, drained vegetables in a bowl, add the blanched shabu shabu meat, add the goma sauce, and mix it with chopsticks.
